One key period in the BEN programme was when we covered the topics of Planning and Growing your Business and after attending these classes, I had an epiphany which I realized that in order for my business to succeed I had to look outside it for the path to success and seek new growth plans rather than be restricted by making do with what I had. The plans are now firmly in place and moving in the right direction a lot sooner than I had ever imagined
